DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE ASSISTANTSHIP
The diploma in Architecture Assistantship was introduced in the year 1981 with the sanctioned intake of 15 candidates. Now intake has been increased to 30 candidates. 585 students has completed diploma in Arch. Asstt. till date.
Prior to 1986, 3 years diploma was being awarded by Haryana Technical Board and there after it is being awarded by H. P. Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharmshala.
The department of Architecture Assistantship used to modernize its machinery & equipments from time to time as per the requirement of curriculum and the need of industry and other Govt./Semi Govt. Organizations. Adequate facilities are provided for the training and upliftment of the students.
